Alsagra is located on the northern border of Tuscany and Umbria.  The area is surrounded by natural beauty from the rugged hillside of Monte Tezio National Park to the rolling hillside around Lake Trasimeno, Assisi and Perugia.  The local vineyards of Tuscany and Umbria provide a wonderful vista of rows of vines and olive trees whilst remaining surrounded by uncultivated pastures and breathtaking hilltop villages and towns.

       Alsagra is a  lovely restored stone farmhouse in the Umbrian hillside.  Nestling in an olive grove, surrounded by Chestnut and Oak woodland overlooking the village of San Giovanni Del Pantano the peace and tranquillity is only surpassed by the outstanding views of the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside.  The English and Italian speaking owners Stephen and Helen live here all year and are happy to help with any questions you have.

      Situated close to the house on a secluded terrace is a breathtaking heated swimming pool, the area is fenced  and is surrounded with a patio for sun loungers.  Nearby there is a relaxation area with gas barbeque, chairs and tables for outside dining .
