The A1 from Rome or Florence is 20 minutes away with a dual carriageway linking the A1 to Perugia which is close by.

Perugia airport is only 20 minutes away and the beautiful hilltop towns of Corciano, Gubbio less than 15 minutes.  The lake (Lago Trasimeno) with all its amenities is a 20 minute drive away.
