How do we book ?
By either email, fax or phone. Contact details are shown on the contact page. There are some last minute offers so please contact us for details.
Is a booking deposit required?
Yes, on reservation we require a non refundable 30% of the total amount deposit with the balance paid not less than six weeks before arrival date. A refundable breakage deposit of 200 Euros is required on arrival which will be refunded on departure from the apartments less the cost of any breakages or damages. All booking payments are to be made in UK Sterling, and all breakage deposit payments must be in Euros.
What are the nearest airports ?
We are located centrally to all the major airport of Perugia, Ancona, Pisa, Bologna (inc Forli), Florence and Rome. For cheap flights Ryanair and Easyjet fly into most of these airports. Perugia airport is only 25 minutes away with direct flights from Ryanair to London Stansted.
Do I need a car? Where can I hire a car ?
It is strongly recommended to hire a car during your stay with us.
Most of the major airports have rental desks. Perugia train station also has National, Alamo and Avis desks.
Where are the nearest train stations ?
The two mainline stations are Terontola and Foligno, both approx 30 minutes away and have a direct service to Florence, Rome and Milan. Locally there is a station 10 minutes away at Pierantonio where you can get a direct train into Perugia.
Is there a restaurant, bank, laundry or supermarket nearby?
There are a number of restaurants nearby which are less than 10 minutes drive away.
The nearest village with bank, laundry or supermarket is approx 10 minutes drive away. There is a wonderful coffee and fresh pastry shop in the village.
What are the opening hours of shops and banks ?
Most shops open from 9am to 12:30, close for lunch then reopen from 14:30 / 15:30 to 19:00. They are generally closed on Sundays. Banks operate under similar hours but do not open on a weekend.
Are teabags and toilet roll provided ?
Yes, these items are included in the welcome pack. Additional supplies can be purchased at the local shops.
Do you provide towels, bed and kitchen linen ?
Towels for use in the apartment and for the pool are included in the booking. Pool towels are available on request. Both bed and kitchen linen are provided.
Is there a hairdryer in the apartments ?
Yes, all apartments are equipped with hairdryers.
Is there a TV, Video or DVD in the apartments?
We can provide these facilities as an additional item at a small cost if required. We have a small collection of videos and DVD's including many suitable for children.
Do you have internet facilities?
We have wireless broadband
Is there a barbeque we can use ?
Yes, we have barbeques for each apartment that is available for your use at any time.
How big is the pool and is it suitable for young children?
The pool area is safe and seculuded. It is 12m long by 6m wide, pool is heated, there is a 1.2 metre shallow end and shelf around the entire pool. There is internal stepped entry. We expect that children will be supervised at all times by their "owners". Access to the pool is via a gate.
What local facilities are there ?
Horse riding, boat rides, cycling, walking are all close by, for more details see the Local area section. There is an Alpca Farm (small version of Lamas) about 20 minutes away and Zoo for petting animals on the outskirts of Perugia. There is a honey museum and working Olive oil press within 15 minutes drive.
What childrens facilities are available ?
We have a childrens play area nearby the apartments which guests are free to use at all times. We can also provide baby packs for your arrival (nappies, wipes etc) we also have cots, changing mats, potties, blenders, plastic crockery, baby listeners, pushchairs etc.
