This apartment has been designed to cater for two to four guests. 

 It has been tastefully restored with traditional materials throughout.   All the rooms have original chestnut beams and terracotta tiled ceilings and floors.  The upstairs rooms are fitted with mosquito nets and both internal and external shutters on the windows.

  The kitchen and dining area   The kitchen is fully equipped with hob and  oven with grill, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge freezer and has patio doors opening out onto a private outside terrace with table, chairs and loungers and with breathtaking panoramic views of the valley and the village of San Giovanni del Pantano. 

  A cd/radio system is in the apartment for those guests who wish to listen to the local radio or bring their own music.

There is large master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Next door is a spacious twin bedded room with wardrobe and shelving.  This room can be used for storage or for a childs cot.

 The large and airy bathroom has a glass cubical shower, toilet, bidet and sink.  The sink rests on a handmade chestnut shelf on which rests a hair dryer.  There is also a large towel rail on which to dry your towels.
