L’Alba

  This apartment has been designed to cater for four guests and is accessed via a traditional Umbrian style external staircase.

  It has two private patio dining areas, one in the logia outside the kitchen with breathtaking panoramic views of the valley making for a pleasurable dining experience. The other area has a Pergola, barbeque, table, chairs and loungers.

  Throughout the apartment there are high beamed wooden ceilings, terracotta tiled flooring and wonderful views over the valley.     

  The living area has a comfortable sofa and lounging chairs with dining area close by. There is a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, hob and oven with grill set in original handmade wooden work surfaces.

  A cd/radio system is in the apartment for those guests who wish to listen to the local radio or bring their own music.

  The apartment is fully equipped with central heating for winter breaks.

  It has two large double bedrooms with built in wardrobes, one bedroom has twin beds which can be converted into a double bed if requested.

  There is a spacious bathroom with shower, hair dryer and towel rail.
